ANNUAL FACULTY REPORT - June 1, 2008 to May 31, 2009

Electronic Reporting for 2008-2009 has been closed.  if you need to submit a report please use the printed form available below and mail it to the Provost's office.

Please submit your annual faculty report to the Provost’s Office before June 1, 2009. Your report may either be submitted via this website or by downloading the Report Submission Form and e-mailing it to Kelly Wemette in the Provost's Office at kwemett@binghamton.edu. Please use the link below to login.  Please bookmark this page to return later and easily edit your report.

The information you provide is useful to the University. It enables us to respond quickly to requests from SUNY System Administration and others on matters of accountability regarding activities of faculty and to publicize accomplishments of faculty and the University as a whole. At an individual level, the information is important in determining salary increases and eligibility for leaves

Every effort has been made to streamline the data collection process. We do not ask you to list information we can obtain otherwise, for example courses taught. We do not, however, have easy access to information on your supervision of students’ learning that occurs outside of a formal course structure. Please provide that information as well as information on your other accomplishments for this past year.

Please note, sometime in December we will make this annual report website for the year June 1, 2009 to May 31 2010.  When it is available for next year you may use this tool throughout the year as an ongoing record of your accomplishments.  We hope that, in this way, we will reduce the amount of effort involved in the collection of this valuable material.
